Minimum 3 years of relevant experience, ideally in RMG or manufacturing sectors.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage the full accounting cycle: voucher entry, journal posting, trial balance, general ledger, and financial statement preparation.
Lead budget preparation and analysis to support strategic planning.
Oversee salary disbursement and post-disbursement audits.
Conduct internal audits on purchases and payments, including test procedures and reporting.
Liaise with banks, auditors, vendors, chartered accountants, and government entities (Customs, VAT, NBR).
Collaborate with GMs across countries and ensure smooth financial operations.
Travel to North Bengal districts for 12–14 weeks annually to support field-level financial activities.
