• Bachelor of Business Studies (BBS) in Accounting
• Bachelor of Business Studies (BBS) in Finance

• Graduate in Accounting and/or Finance.

• Preferably completed intermediate or advanced level CA coursework.

• At least 3 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): IT Enabled Service, BPO/ Data Entry Firm

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience, ideally in RMG or manufacturing sectors.

• Proficient in Excel, with strong command of English and Bangla (spoken and written).

• Experience with Tally, QuickBooks, or similar accounting software.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full accounting cycle: voucher entry, journal posting, trial balance, general ledger, and financial statement preparation.

• Lead budget preparation and analysis to support strategic planning.

• Oversee salary disbursement and post-disbursement audits.

• Conduct internal audits on purchases and payments, including test procedures and reporting.

• Liaise with banks, auditors, vendors, chartered accountants, and government entities (Customs, VAT, NBR).

• Collaborate with GMs across countries and ensure smooth financial operations.

• Travel to North Bengal districts for 12–14 weeks annually to support field-level financial activities.
