Job Context:
∎ We are looking for a young, dynamic and energetic Sales Executive who has experience in the Bangladesh Real Estate industry. This candidate should have at least 2 to 3 years of proven experience in marketing Properties, obtaining leads for the sales team to pursue and constantly find ways to innovate and integrate said innovations into the company.
∎ Job Location : Monpura Properties Limited, Monpura Group 383, Satarkul Road, (1st Floor of Monpura School) Badda, Dhaka-1212

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Highly knowledgeable on Apartment / Real Estate business and present market scenario.
∎ Make market research and analysis and provide professional sales and marketing strategy for sales.
∎ The incumbent have to visit client.
∎ Creating new customer to accrue the sales target.
∎ Building a strong relationship with the customer.
∎ Have to achieve sales target .
∎ To visit projects with client and doing sales meeting on the satisfactions.
∎ Ensure team sales activities by implementation of daily/ weekly/ quarterly/ monthly action plan and evaluate with Management.
∎ Set sales goals, compare performance and adjust goal as needed.
∎ Manage the team to accomplish the Sales Target.
∎ Keeping the clients informed about the upcoming programs

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following field ready flat Sale & booking.
∎ Male are allowed to apply and must be mentioned the post in the Application/ CV
∎ Candidates having relevant work experience in Real Estate Company are strongly encouraged to apply.
∎ Very Good Communication skills in both English and Bangla.
∎ Very Good knowledge and skills in computing & mailing correspondence.
∎ Smart, Presentable & Positive attitude.
∎ Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a preset time-frame.
