Job Context

Gulshan Club Limited is seeking a disciplined, alert, and experienced individual for the position of Security Supervisor. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day security operations of the club, ensuring the safety of members, guests, and property, and supervising the activities of the security team. Prior experience in a similar role and a strong sense of responsibility are essential.

Job Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage all security personnel and activities at the Club.

• Monitor entry and exit of members, guests, and staff.

• Ensure strict enforcement of club security policies and procedures.

• Maintain security-related documentation and incident reports.

• Respond and report promptly to emergencies.

• Conduct regular security checks across the premises.

• Report security breaches, irregularities, or suspicious activities.

• Maintain coordination with administration and relevant departments.

• Perform any other duties assigned by the management.
