∎ HSC

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Developing and implementing security policies, protocols and procedures.
∎ Controlling budgets for security operations and monitor expenses.
∎ Recruiting, training and supervising security officers and guards.
∎ Attend meetings with other managers to determine operational needs
∎ Plan and coordinate security operations for specific events
∎ Coordinate staff when responding to emergencies and alarms
∎ Investigate and resolve issues
∎ Create reports for management on the security status
∎ Analyze data to form proposals for improvements (e.g. implementation of new technology)
∎ Prevent losses and damage by reporting irregularities, informing violators of policy and procedures; restraining trespassers
∎ Maintain environment by monitoring and setting building and equipment controls
∎ Maintain the organization's stability and reputation by complying with legal requirements
∎ Ensure the security, safety and well-being of all personnel, visitors and the premises
∎ Provide excellent customer service
∎ Adhere to all company service and operating standards
∎ Protect the company's assets relative to theft, assault, fire and other safety issues
∎ Follow procedures for various initiatives, including fire prevention, property patrol, traffic control and accident investigations

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Proven experience as a security manager or similar position
∎ Experience in reporting and emergency response planning
∎ Excellent knowledge of security protocols and procedures
∎ Solid understanding of budgeting and statistical data analysis
∎ Working knowledge of MS Office
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
∎ Outstanding organizational and leadership skills
∎ Committed and reliable
∎ Written and Verbal Communication
∎ Manage Multiple Tasks
∎ Knowledge of Basic Security and Fire Inspection Procedures
∎ Safety Management
