• Education Qualification may flexible for candidates with extensive relevant experienced.

• Only Male

• Proven experience (3+ years) in security operations with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.

• Familiarity with security systems and emergency procedures.

• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to handle high-pressure situations calmly and effectively.

• Must be physically fit and able to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

• Retired personnel from Defense Services (Army / Navy / Air Force / Police) will be given preference.

· Supervise and coordinate daily activities of the security team.

· Schedule and assign shifts, patrols, and duties.

· Monitor security systems (CCTV, alarms, access control).

· Ensure compliance with safety and security policies.

· Conduct routine patrols of the premises to prevent and detect signs of

intrusion or disturbance.

· Investigate security breaches, incidents, or other irregularities.

· Prepare and maintain records of daily activities, incidents, and irregularities.

· Provide training and guidance to new and existing security staff.

· Liaise with law enforcement, emergency services, and relevant internal

departments as necessary.

· Conduct risk assessments and assist in developing emergency response

plans.

· Ensure all security equipment is operational and well-maintained.

· Report to management regularly on security status and concerns.
