Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Graduate in any discipline with adequate knowledge in security & safety management, preferably in transportation industry.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Security

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and implement security strategy, policies and protocols for the organization - its business and relevant stakeholders.
∎ Develop and implement standard operating procedures of safety and security all across organization and business.
∎ Design, implement and optimize security incident response process.
∎ Formulate and implement effective monitoring mechanism of security measures for all shipments/trips.
∎ Inspect relevant establishments, areas and sites to identify potential security threats. Conduct security survey and audits. Recommend and implement appropriate measures.
∎ Regularly report specific and overall security status of the organization and its business highlighting current areas of concern and future potential threats.
∎ Maintain professional relation with government law enforcement agencies, liaison with government and non-government organization for the purpose of safety and security.
∎ Gather advance information regarding political and social situation that may impact the organization and its business and keep internal decision makers updated.
∎ Immediately respond to emergency situations, accidents and events as they arise 24/7, physically move to the incident location anywhere within the country as and when required. Ensure on-call availability outside regular business hours.
∎ Handle dispute resolution involving company’s business partners, customers, local government authorities, government agencies, law enforcement agencies etc.
∎ Represent company in grievance procedure with security and safety related issues.
∎ Any other responsibility as determined by the company in regard to security and safety.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Familiarity with Microsoft office suite of programs, Google apps, web-based applications, commonly used social media tools etc.
∎ Must possess strong interpersonal skills and command to neutralize situations involving rowdy crowds, angry mobs etc.
∎ Strong internal and external communication skills including verbal, written (both Bangla and English). Ability to effectively present information to management and public groups and accurately document job related activities.
∎ High degree of ownership and commitment to work quickly and accurately in a rapidly changing environment.
∎ Demonstrated ability to successfully handle crisis situations, conduct investigations and interviews conclusively.
∎ Ability to operate independently as and when required in a fast-paced highly demanding work environment.
