• High priority only defense background (JCO/Warrant Officer/ Sergeant) with relevant experience

• Proficiency in using security technology and surveillance system

Responsibilities & Context:

• Implement and supervise daily security protocols offices, factories, warehouse and various project sites. Lead and supervise a team of Security Guards, ensure appropriate development to ensure utmost safety and security.

• Conduct regular and random inspections or patrols to ensure security alertness.  Also conduct grooming sessions, training programs and other sessions for the security guards.

• Ensure & maintain different registers related to security, guest, goods, labor, vehicle, inventory etc and share/reports accordingly. Patrol everywhere to prevent and detect signs of intrusion and ensure security of doors, windows, and gates.

• Monitor and authorize entrance and departure of employees, visitors, and other persons to guard against theft and maintain security of premises. Report suspicious activities to management and law enforcement if needed.

• Reports on activities and irregularities such as equipment or property damage, theft, presence of unauthorized persons, or unusual occurrences/incident.

• Safeguard company assets/property by monitoring for theft, vandalism, or any unauthorized activities. Implement measures to prevent loss or damage to property.

• Oversee the recruitment of security and armed guards, provide proper training, and ensure timely deployment to their respective posts. Leadership quality and proper demission making ability.

• Proven track record in managing security in project, real estate, construction, manufacturing, industrial or large corporate environments.

• Strong leadership, organizational and team management skills. High level of integrity, discipline and accountability.  Investigate and document all safety/security incidents and breaches.

• Ability to handle high-pressure situation and make quick sound decisions. Submit periodic incident analysis reports with corrective and preventive action (CAPA) recommendations.

• Carry out other activities as guided by the management/authority.
