Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Ensure security standards while commanding the security personnel.
∎ Ensure demonstrate excellent surveillance and emergency response skills.
∎ Ensure strong commitment to security rules and knowledge of all hazards and threats to safety.
∎ Ensure to preserve an environment where employees, visitors and property are safe and well-protected.
∎ Monitor and control the whole security operations for the organization.
∎ Ensure the security register for WRAP/ C-TPAT/ GSV security audit.
∎ Coordinate the Site administration to implement security policies, regulations, rules, and norms and make sure that the Implementing security protocols.
∎ Ensure security of materials, Goods in the factory, site by regular patrolling/ checking procedure.
∎ Understand factory needs, maintain and develop site security activities.
∎ To maintain contacts with local Police Station, Fire, Hospital and other necessary utility service providers.
∎ Create reports for management on security status.
∎ Perform any other works as and when required by the management.
