Knowledge of land safety protocols and crisis management.
Strong leadership and ability to handle a team under pressure.

Job Description & Responsibilities:
Ensure 24/7 security and safety of company premises, land projects, and offices.
Supervise security guards and teams to maintain strict discipline.
Monitor and control entry/exit, patrolling, and surveillance systems.
Prevent unauthorized access, encroachment, or land-related disputes.
Maintain strong liaison with local law enforcement for emergency support.
Report any security threats, irregularities, or incidents to management immediately.
