Education:

• HSC

• Minimum HSC / equivalent (education may be relaxed for highly experienced candidates).

• Military training, especially Navy/Defense background, will be given high preference.

• Preference: Ex-Soldier with Navy experience, or Regimental Sergeant Major/Junior Commissioned Officer

Relevant Civil Work Experience:

• Prior work as a Security Officer / Security Supervisor in corporate, real estate, or industrial sectors.

• Knowledge of land safety protocols and crisis management.

• Strong leadership and ability to handle a team under pressure.

Job Description & Responsibilities:

• Ensure 24/7 security and safety of company premises, land projects, and offices.

• Supervise security guards and teams to maintain strict discipline.

• Monitor and control entry/exit, patrolling, and surveillance systems.

• Prevent unauthorized access, encroachment, or land-related disputes.

• Maintain strong liaison with local law enforcement for emergency support.

• Report any security threats, irregularities, or incidents to management immediately.
