Responsibilities & Context:
∎ To ensure security of the Project Offices.
∎ To ensure patrolling and roster duty of security personnel as per requirements.
∎ To Investigate and take the appropriate lawfully action as authorized by the corporate policy on accidents, incidents, trespassing, suspicious activities, safety and fire incidents
∎ To control and monitor surveillance equipment, and perform building and equipment inspections
∎ Guard access points, permitting or refusing entry, restraining trespassers, and direct heavy traffic during start and end of business hours.
∎ To provide firefighting and other relevant training to security personnel.
∎ To maintain register of incoming and out-going persons, vehicle, products and materials etc.
∎ To monitor security guard of the project.
∎ To conduct random meeting with existing security companies regarding various dispute, better service, dress up , training and active of security guard (as per agreement).
