∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Textile

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Managing Security Operations and leading Security Teams.
∎ To ensure all kinds of CTPAT requirements.
∎ Develop and implement security policies, protocols and procedures.
∎ To monitor & supervise overall management of Security personnel of the Company.
∎ To ensure safety of the company's properties, assets and staff.
∎ Prepare duty roster & maintain proper discipline of the security guards.
∎ Conduct regular 'Fall In' and training on security, fire & safety related activities for security guards.
∎ Individual instructions for each post, attendance, use of security equipment, dress standard, training etc.
∎ Initiate all security clearances and maintain appropriate records.
∎ Handle any security related issue in coordination with Factory Administration.
∎ Report daily activities and any incidents to the management.
∎ Ensure all security matters for a garments complex.
∎ Maintain liaison between local law enforcing agencies and Govt. intelligence law agencies.
∎ Lead and supervise security intelligence team members.
∎ Asses the needs of security enhancement for any emergency
∎ Deal with incidents as and when required
∎ Any other duties as assigned by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Job Location: Kashimpur, Gazipur. Work at Garments Factory.
∎ The applicants should be retired Warrant Officer/ Senior Warrant Officer from Bangladesh Army/Navy/Air-force.
∎ Pro-active, smart, self-motivated, enthusiastic.
∎ Willing to stay at factory site.
