Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Need to have effective control over "Man; Materials and Information" of the department·
∎ Assist line manager to ensure the smooth operations of Safety & Security department·
∎ Maintain liaison with law enforcing agencies in and out and Fire Service and Civil Defense of Bangladesh
∎ Monitoring and oversee out sourced guard force and Ansar Battalion
∎ Response to all kind of emergency situation and aware of emergency contingency plan
∎ Ensure regular patrolling and surveillance of the University buildings/projects
∎ Act, response, report and monitor all kind of incidents to the line manager
∎ Act as Officer in-charge of Front Desk Security
∎ Assist Security Head/Coordinator to organize training on firefighting, Safety/Security mail receiving
∎ procedure, access control
∎ Act as contact point of VIP guest/visitor and arrange necessary protocol
