∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline

Experience Requirements:
∎ 6 to 8 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Overseeing, training, monitoring and managing Bay’s Security Core Departments.
∎ Ensure smooth operation by coordinating with different areas. The major areas of operations are:
∎ Safety and Security of the premises
∎ Internal and External Communications
∎ Implementation and follow up of all standard operating procedures
∎ Solve emergency crisis on safety, security Issues
∎ Liaison and coordinate with government and local law enforcing agencies and manage relevant issues
∎ Constantly assign employees’ job, monitor their performance, processes, documentation, operation, control, check, audit/evaluation etc.
∎ Prepare and submit report on Security Core activities periodically (as per requirement) to the management
∎ Be personally available 24/7 via online (e-Mail, Skype etc.) and cell phone correspondence
∎ Perform any other tasks assigned by the management as and when required

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Good communication and interpersonal skill (both written and verbal)
∎ Should be Hardworking, Self motivated
∎ Computer literacy is mandatory
∎ Skilled in General Management
∎ Ability to work under extreme pressure
∎ Sincere, energetic and dedicated to work
∎ Should have a valid driving license (Motorcycle)

Salary: Negotiable
