∎ Bachelor’s or equivalent degree in the field.

∎ Minimum of 7 years of experience in security management, preferably in an industrial or manufacturing setting.
∎ Proven leadership skills with experience managing a security team.
∎ Strong knowledge of security systems, risk assessment, and emergency response protocols.
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work under pressure and handle challenging situations effectively.
∎ Proficiency in Bangla and English (written and spoken).
∎ An ex-military background is a plus.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and implement comprehensive security policies and procedures for the factory.
∎ Supervise and manage a team of security personnel, ensuring effective training and performance.
∎ Conduct regular risk assessments and security audits to identify and mitigate potential threats.
∎ Monitor and maintain security systems, including CCTV, access control, and alarm systems.
∎ Coordinate with local law enforcement and emergency services as needed.
∎ Ensure compliance with all relevant safety and security regulations and audits like CTPAT, Scan, GSV, etc.
∎ Investigate security incidents and prepare detailed reports with corrective action plans.
∎ Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
∎ We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Security Head to oversee the safety and security operations of our textile factory. The ideal candidate will ensure a secure environment for employees, assets, and operations while maintaining compliance with local regulations and industry standards.
