Responsibilities & Context:
- Monitoring and Surveillance: Patrol assigned areas to ensure safety and security of the office and project.
- Monitor security cameras and alarm systems.
- Conduct regular checks of doors, windows, and gates to ensure they are secure.
- Access Control: Verify the identity of persons entering and exiting the premises (Office and project).
- Issue visitor passes and maintain visitor logs.
- Inspect and log deliveries and packages, deal with the courier services.
- Emergency Response: Respond to alarms and calls for assistance.
- Incident Reporting: Document and report any suspicious activities, security breaches, or safety hazards.
- Prepare detailed reports on incidents, including observations and actions taken.
- Enforcement of Policies: Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Prevent unauthorized access and deter criminal behavior.
- Enforce regulations related to parking, smoking, and other facility rules.
- Additional Responsibilities: Assist in developing and implementing security protocols.
- Provide directions and assistance to visitors and staff.
