∎ প্রতিবেদন লেখার দক্ষতা থাকতে হবে।
∎ কম্পিউটারে কাজ করার দক্ষতা থাকতে হবে।
∎ কোম্পানী আইন সর্ম্পকে স্বচ্ছ ধারণা থাকতে হবে।
∎ মনিটরিং কাজে দক্ষতা ও মনিটরি রিপোর্ট করার দক্ষতা থাকতে হবে।
∎ সংশ্লিষ্ট ক্ষেত্রে কমপক্ষে ৩ থেকে ৫ বছরের অভিজ্ঞতা
∎ আয়-ব্যয়ের হিসাব সম্পর্কে অভিজ্ঞতা থাকতে হবে।

∎ SAWAB-বাংলাদেশ সরকারের এনজিও বিষয়ক ব্যুরো কর্তৃক নিবন্ধিত (নিবন্ধন নং-৯৫৬) একটি বেসরকারী, অলাভজনক উন্নয়ন সংস্থা। সংস্থাটি ১৯৯৫ সাল থেকে দেশ ব্যাপী শিক্ষা, স্বাস্থ্য, দারিদ্র বিমোচন, প্রাকৃতিক দূর্যোগে ক্ষতিগ্রস্তদের সাহায্য ও পূনর্বাসনসহ নানাবিধ উন্নয়নমূলক কার্যক্রম পরিচালনা করে আসছে। সংস্থাটির প্রধান কার্যালয়ে উপরোক্ত পদসমূহে জনবল নিয়োগ করা হবে।
