∎ আন্তর্জাতিক, দেশীয় এবং সরকারী ফান্ডরেইজিং এ অভিজ্ঞতা বিশেষ যোগ্যতা হিসেবে বিবেচিত হবে।
∎ বিদেশী দাতা সংস্থার সাথে যোগাযোগের দক্ষতা থাকতে হবে।
∎ বিভিন্ন সরকারী-বেসরকারী সংস্থার সাথে ভালো সম্পর্ক থাকতে হবে।
∎ ইংরেজীতে (লেখা ও বলার ক্ষেত্রে) পারদর্শী হতে হবে।
∎ অন্যান্য মৌলিক যোগাযোগে দক্ষ হতে হবে।
∎ বাংলাদেশে এনজিও কার্যক্রমের উপর অভিজ্ঞতা থাকতে হবে।
∎ কম্পিউটারে কাজ করার দক্ষতা থাকতে হবে।
∎ এনজিও সেক্টরে কমপক্ষে ২ বছরের অভিজ্ঞতা
∎ আন্তর্জাতিক, দেশীয় এবং সরকারী ফান্ডরেইজিং এ অভিজ্ঞতা বিশেষ যোগ্যতা হিসেবে বিবেচিত হবে।
∎ বিদেশী দাতা সংস্থার সাথে যোগাযোগের দক্ষতা থাকতে হবে।

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ SAWAB-বাংলাদেশ সরকারের এনজিও বিষয়ক ব্যুরো কর্তৃক নিবন্ধিত (নিবন্ধন নং-৯৫৬) একটি বেসরকারী, অলাভজনক উন্নয়ন সংস্থা। সংস্থাটি ১৯৯৫ সাল থেকে দেশ ব্যাপী শিক্ষা, স্বাস্থ্য, দারিদ্র বিমোচন, প্রাকৃতিক দূর্যোগে ক্ষতিগ্রস্তদের সাহায্য ও পূনর্বাসনসহ নানাবিধ উন্নয়নমূলক কার্যক্রম পরিচালনা করে আসছে। সংস্থাটির প্রধান কার্যালয়ে উপরোক্ত পদসমূহে জনবল নিয়োগ করা হবে।
