Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain own KPI assigned by HOD.
∎ Need to receive and review risk assesment related documents/files from sample team to avoid possible errors in bulk.
∎ Receive finish pattern, folder , manual guide and guideline from group incharge to minimize NPT and ensure proper implementation in planned line.
∎ Participate in line feeding meetings with operators and supervisors and share the major comments and critical process.
∎ Adjust necessary folder and pressure feed guide to make sure that expected quality as per standard is met.
∎ Provide all types of trims manual measurement such as neck rib,cuff,layer,tipping,piping etc in sewing process.
∎ Find out all critical process of specific style, ensure critical mock up for operator’s further reference with signatures of production and quality responsible.
∎ Solve any kind of technical problems in respective unit and if unable to do so, find solution in collaboration with senior team members.
∎ After completion of all processes, review & fit from 1st output then take necessary actions if any problems found.
∎ Maintain daily reduction of NPT from allocated garments layout time & technical decisions in respective unit and along with records of loss time with associated reasons.
∎ Maintain all data associated with expected level of cost saving related to process minimization.
∎ Document all technical decisions/support taken per day such as finish pattern/manual guide etc.
∎ Reporting to the section head Daily.
∎ Take care of all other related jobs assigned by section head.
