Job Responsibilities:
∎ Receive the cutting plan from sample coordinators to execute sample cutting.
∎ Ensure fabric & pattern availability as per plan.
∎ To provide the fabrics invoice to sample fabrics store for collect the fabric.
∎ Inspect the fabrics quality check according to buyer requirement and stranded.
∎ If not right quality fabrics then communication to concern manager/department for solve.
∎ After checked fabrics is correct then distribute the sample cutting to cutter man as per plan.
∎ After cutting inspect the cutting parts to avoid any parts rejection.
∎ Ensure and follow up the embellishment cut panel deliver to related department.
∎ Ensure and follow up received embellishment parts then check and provide to sewing for sample making.
∎ Ensure & maintain fabrics/cut panel delivery & receive from Washing/Print/Embroidery section.
∎ Monitoring subordination task.
∎ Distribute the work load to achieve the plan.
∎ Hanger cutting and tagging.
∎ Prepare & maintain cutting production report (daily and monthly).
∎ Prepare & maintain fabrics receive & return report (daily and monthly).
∎ Ensure floor housekeeping & PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) usage & related compliance issues.
∎ Ensure return excess & wastage fabrics to store or related section.
∎ Ensure sample cutting ERP data entry.
∎ Responsible for lingerie cutting and plan."
