- Woven/Knit/Knitting manufacturing (Development Merchandiser, GPQ and Sample Executive) experience will be getting preference.
Responsibilities & Context:
- Maintain regular communication with the sample room (pattern, fabric and accessories arranging, cutting, sewing and finishing quality) digitizing, embroidery, laser-sublimation printing, washing, and printing factory.
- Guide sample work related concern person to develop samples trims/accessories embellishments correctly as per Designer requirements of Teck Pack/Artwork.
- Provide technical support to sample departments.
- Perform an analysis of the designer claim case to find out a solution to minimize the repetition problem.
- Perform special assignment and case study for continuous improvement in quality and productivity.
- ensure understanding of technical concept guidelines and guarantee that samples meet customer standards and on time Delivery.
- Inspect sample quality during production to ensure all standards are adhered to.
- Employees must know computers (Expert on MS Word, Excell and simple ERP System).
- Maintain and update database and provide status report based on requirements. Especially on incoming Fabric and trims record.
