Job Context:
∎ We want Salesman in following Department-
∎ Gents Dress - 4 Person
∎ Ladies Dress - 4 Person
∎ Shoe - 4 Person
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Greet and direct customers
∎ Provide accurate information (e.g. product features, pricing etc)
∎ Answer customers' questions about specific products/services
∎ Stay up-to-date with new products/services
∎ Inform customers about discounts and special offers
∎ Ensure racks are fully stocked
∎ Conduct price and feature comparisons to facilitate purchasing
∎ Cross-sell products
∎ Manage returns of merchandise
∎ Provide customer feedback to the Store Manager
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Urgent joining in March Month.
∎ Applicant must have experience in Showroom Salesmanship / Management in such companies Arong, Easy, TopTen, Bata, Apex etc.
∎ Cumilla resident people give Priorities.
∎ Understanding of the retail sales process
∎ Familiarity with consumer behavior principles
∎ Knowledge of inventory stocking procedures
∎ Excellent communication skills, capable of building trusting relationships
