Experience in a pharmacy of a renowned Hospital is preferred.
Basic knowledge of medicines and inventory handling.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Honest, punctual, and able to work well in a team.
Familiarity with billing or pharmacy software is a plus.
Responsibilities & Context:
Sell prescribed and over-the-counter medicines to patients and customers.
Handle billing, cash, and POS transactions accurately.
Check and maintain stock levels of medicines and other pharmacy items.
Receive and arrange stock on shelves by category and expiry date.
Keep daily sales and stock records up to date.
Assist in preparing and placing orders for medicines and supplies.
Check expiry dates and remove expired or near-expiry items.
Help with monthly stocktaking and inventory audits.
Keep the pharmacy area clean, organized, and well-stocked.
Provide basic product information as guided by the pharmacist.
