Job Responsibilities:
∎ Drive the company's marketing policy;
∎ Collaborates with higher authority regarding a clear pricing policy for tickets;
∎ Reads coded data on booking card to ascertain destination, carrier, flight number, type of accommodation, and stopovers enroute;
∎ Selling air tickets set a ticketing pricing policy;
∎ Quick respond to Clients' query through phone, email, social media & in-person;
∎ Compiles and records information to assemble tickets;
∎ Answering questions regarding dates, prices, and availability of flights;
∎ Helping customers with inquiries regarding changes or cancellations; and promoting special offers;
∎ Making price quotations for ticketing expenses for customers.
∎ Design & Develop Foreign Tour Packages;
∎ Taking note of the passenger's personal information, including passport number, when travelling international;
∎ Using computer reservation systems to check availability for modification; charge a modification or cancellation fee to the passenger when airline policies dictate;
∎ Confirming modifications or cancellation with passenger or customer;
∎ Sets targets for sales of season tickets.
