Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum Graduate in Business/Accounting / Finance/ Marketing from a reputed Public university/ Private University.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 6 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To lead a sales team member of minimum 8 persons towards achievement of the organizational goal.
∎ Ability to guide and motivate existing sales team under his area.
∎ Supervise sales operation of assigned Sales Team.
∎ Implement strategies for sales product or services.
∎ Build new customer base to maximize sales.
∎ Retain existing customers by providing prompt customer services.
∎ Analyze field reports and prepare sales documents.
∎ Analyze competitor's activities and set strategies to face competition.
∎ Will develop business & market.
∎ Any other day to day activities as assigned by the authority.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 6 years working experience in similar position in any reputed MNC/ FMCG company.
∎ Should have ability to drive motorcycle and having valid driving license.
∎ Physical strength & willingness for continuous market visit.
