Responsibilities & Context:
Job Summary
The Property Advisor will be responsible for guiding potential customers through the process of property selection, site visits, and final purchase. The role involves handling client inquiries, providing accurate information, ensuring a high conversion ratio, and maintaining professional communication throughout the customer journey.
Key Responsibilities
Generate leads and manage property buyer/seller communications.
Understand Apex Property`s service process, documentation flow, and listing policies.
Conduct and physical site visits with potential buyers.
Coordinate property site visits, inspections, and follow-up.
Contribute insights to improve listing quality, market pricing, or area-wise trends.
Negotiate deals and assist during closing.
Coordinate full deal cycle: buyer/seller follow-up, visit, documentation, and handover support.
Coordinate with legal and documentation teams.
Maintain CRM and regularly report to the manager area of operations.
Attend onboarding, field training, and CRM orientation.
