Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in EEE, CSE

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Selling of our products
∎ Collection of payment
∎ Primary Service to the customers
∎ Daily/Weekly/Monthly activity report
∎ Monthly Sales & Collection report.
∎ Achievement of sales target

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 18 to 30 years
∎ Minimum IT knowledge (MS Office, Internet/email)
∎ Good communication skill in English & Bengali
∎ 7-days training to be attended before joining.
∎ Selected candidate shall deposit BDT 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) to the company during appointment letter. This deposit amount will be refunded after probationary period.

Salary:
∎ BDT 10,000/= (Fixed) in probationary period (3-months)

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ T/A, Mobile bill, Performance bonus
∎ Salary Review: Yearly
∎ Festival Bonus: 2
∎ 1% commission on sale but it will be 2% subject to achieve monthly sales target (BDT 10 Lac).
∎ Increment after probationary period: BDT 10,000/= (Maximum) and to have this increment, he/she has to sit for an exam of 100 marks. The % of marks he/she obtains, that % of BDT 10,000/= will be increased with his/her initial salary (BDT 10,000). No increment if anyone obtains below 50% marks. Exam will be based on the work in probationary period. This increment will be given twice in first year through exam as stated above.
∎ After 1st year, regular yearly increment will be 10%-20% depending on performance but company reserve right to give any amount as increment/incentive/bonus to anyone at any time.
