Responsibilities & Context:
∎ প্রার্থীকে সৎ, কর্মঠ, পরিশ্রমী, স্মার্ট এবং উপস্থাপনায় দক্ষ হতে হবে।
∎ বিদ্যমান ব্যবসার সম্প্রসারণ, নতুন নতুন ক্লাইন্ট সৃষ্টি করা এবং নিয়মিত মার্কেট ভিজিট করা। ক্লায়েন্টের চাহিদা বোঝা এবং উপযুক্ত বিক্রয় সমাধান প্রদান করা।
∎ বাজারের তথ্য এবং প্রতিযোগীদের তথ্য সংগ্রহ করা।
∎ সংশ্লিষ্ট এলাকার সকল বিক্রয় ও লেনদেনের লক্ষ্যমাত্রা অর্জন করতে হবে
∎ তথ্য সহায়তা এবং নির্দেশিকা প্রদান করে গ্রাহকদের সাথে সুসম্পর্ক বজায় রাখা।
∎ বর্তমান ও সম্ভাব্য গ্রাহকদের সাথে সুসম্পর্ক বজায় রাখা, কোম্পানির পণ্যের গুণগত মান ও বৈশিষ্ট্য বর্ণনা করা।
∎ পণ্য সম্পর্কে বিস্তারিত অবহিত করা, বর্তমান মূল্য ও সুযোগ সুবিধাদি সম্পর্কে অবহিত করা।
∎ কোম্পানীর বিক্রয় পলিসি অনুযায়ী বিক্রয় এবং নিজে বিক্রিত পণ্যের অর্থের প্রাপ্তি সুনিশ্চিত করা।
∎ ম্যানেজমেন্টের নির্দেশনা অনুযায়ী অন্যান্য দায়িত্ব পালন করতে হবে।
∎ ব্যবসার সুযোগের জন্য সম্ভাব্য দোকান ভিজিট করা ও পণ্য সম্পর্কে বিস্তারিত আলোচনা করা।
∎ দৈনিক, সাপ্তাহিক ও মাসিক প্রতিবেদন প্রস্তুত করা এবং সুপারভাইজার কে দাখিল করা।
