• Good understanding of retail and distribution channels.

• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.

• willingness to travel extensively within assigned territory.

• Achieve monthly, quarterly annual sales target.

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in retail and wholesale channels.

• Expand the distribution network by appointing new dealers, wholesalers and retail outlets.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, distributors and key customers.

• Address customer complaints and provide effective solutions in a timely manner.

• Implement trade promotions and marketing campaigns as directed by the sales manager.

• Submit daily,weekly and monthly sales reports and market feedback to the management.

• Monitor inventory levels with distributors and ensure timely order placement and delivery.
