Job Context

• Showroom-based role requiring regular customer interaction and long standing hours.
• Must work in a structured environment with sales targets, stock accuracy, and proper software usage.
• Weekend or peak-season shifts may be required based on business demand.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting products and provide accurate information on features, price, and warranty.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and update daily sales records.
• Operate billing/POS software, input customer details, and ensure accurate transactions.
• Handle showroom inventory: check stock levels, update stock entries in software, report shortages, and assist in stock counting.
• Maintain product display, correct pricing labels, and overall showroom orderliness.
• Coordinate with warehouse and delivery team for product movement.
• Handle customer complaints or queries and escalate issues when required.
• Follow company SOPs, attendance, and showroom rules.
