Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Greet and attend to customers in a courteous and professional manner.
∎ Understand customer needs and provide accurate product information.
∎ Promote and sell products to both retail and B2B clients.
∎ Prepare sales invoices, quotations, and maintain accurate sales records.
∎ Ensure proper display of products and maintain showroom cleanliness.
∎ Assist in managing inventory: stock counting, reporting shortages, and restocking.
∎ Coordinate with the accounts team regarding payment collection and documentation.
∎ Handle basic customer queries, complaints, and ensure post-sale satisfaction.
∎ Support showroom promotional activities and maintain product knowledge.
∎ Report daily sales activities to the showroom supervisor or management.

∎ We are a long-established import and retail business with multiple showrooms across Dhaka. Our Uttara branch caters to both walk-in customers and wholesale clients. We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Representative to join our team at the Uttara showroom. This role involves direct sales, customer interaction, and showroom upkeep.
