Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Assist in assessing leads generated from the CR team by identifying potential buyers and investors.
∎ Facilitate property visits for clients, ensuring a smooth and informative experience.
∎ Conduct property showings and provide key details to prospective buyers.
∎ Support negotiations by gathering market insights and assisting senior managers.
∎ Maintain client relationships through follow-ups and personalised engagement.
∎ Coordinate marketing efforts such as listing updates and promotional activities in social media.
∎ Handle documentation related to property transactions under supervision.
∎ Stay updated on market trends and pricing strategies.
∎ Should be able to work under pressure.
∎ Maintain sales target month on month and meet KPI.
