Experience:

• 4 to 5 years

• Bachelor/Honors
• HSC

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

• HSC pass maybe acceptable for highly experienced and target oriented candidates.

• 4 to 5 years

• 4–5 years of experience in sales, preferably in an FMCG company (e.g., PRAN, Akij, ACI).

• Proven ability to manage field sales, logistics, and order collection.

• Familiarity with Dhaka’s retail, wholesale, and bazaar markets.

• Strong negotiation and communication skills.

• Ability to work independently, travel extensively, and manage multiple tasks.

• Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets within deadlines.

We are a rapidly growing company specializing in the distribution of fresh vegetables and fruits within Dhaka City. To strengthen our sales and distribution network, we are looking for experienced and dedicated Sales Representative/Officer who can manage field sales, build supplier connections, and ensure timely delivery across diverse customer points.

• Actively sell vegetables and fruits across various points in Dhaka City.

• Collect orders from multiple sales channels such as super shops, wholesalers, retail shops, and local bazaars.

• Ensure timely delivery of products to the customers.

• Build and maintain a strong, extensive supply network for daily operations.

• Source products at competitive prices from different wholesale markets and suppliers.

• Achieve monthly sales and distribution targets set by management.

• Identify and develop new sales channels and customer segments.

• Track daily sales, prepare basic reports, and update management on performance.

• Maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors to ensure repeat business.
