We are seeking a proactive and energetic Field Sales Representative to join our growing team in Dhaka, Bangladesh. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Sales of kids and home product, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets

• Visit retailers, distributors, or B2B clients to promote and sell our products

• Identify new business opportunities and expand customer base (retailers, distributors, or B2B clients)

• Identify new sales opportunities and follow up on leads in assigned areas

• Establish strong relationships with clients and maintain long-term partnerships

• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform sales strategy

• Gather market feedback and competitor insights to report to the team

• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions
