Job Summary

Huiteng New Material Technology Co., Ltd. is a leading factory and the only manufacturing company in Bangladesh making premium Waterproof Baby Mats. We are growing fast and looking for active Field Sales Executives to help us reach more customers.

If you have at least 2 years of experience in field sales and are great at talking to shop owners to close bulk sales, this job is for you! We want people who can take on challenges and work well under sales pressure. This is a great chance to grow your career, hit big targets, and earn high commissions by selling a top-quality product to wholesalers and retailers.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales & Market Growth

  • Daily Market Visit: Every day you must visit markets to find new shops, wholesalers, and distributors.

  • Bulk Orders: You must focus on finding big buyers and taking large-scale orders.

  • Order to Cash: Collect orders, help in fast delivery, and make sure the payment is collected on time.

2. Product & Brand Promotion

  • Live Demos: Show the customers why our mats are best. Show them that our mats are Waterproof and safe for babies.

  • Product Display: Make sure our mats are kept in a good place in the shops so that everyone can see them.

3. Market Insight

  • Competitor Watch: Check other brands' prices and tell the company about them.

  • New Areas: Find new places or markets where we can sell our mats.

4. Client Relations & Reporting

  • Good Relationships: Make good friendships with shop owners so they order from us again and again.

  • Daily Report: Give a simple daily report to the Sales Manager about your sales and work.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of solid field sales experience (Experience in FMCG, Plastics, or Baby Products is highly preferred).

  • Skills: Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills; ability to handle objections on the spot.

  • Attitude: Must be highly self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work under sales pressure.

  • Physical Stamina: Must be physically active and capable of extensive daily travel within the assigned territory.



Job Other Benifits:
  • Salary Review: Yearly
  • Festival Bonus: 2
  • Monthly Salary: 20,000 – 25,000 BDT.

  • Commission: Good commission on every sale (The more you sell, the more you earn).

  • Allowances: TA/DA (Travel bill) and Mobile bill.

  • Bonus: 2 Festival Bonuses (Eid/Puja) per year.
