Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Meet Sales target by value and SKUs
∎ Engage with potential customers, and promote products effectively
∎ Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, addressing their needs and ensuring satisfaction.
∎ Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase features and benefits.
∎ Negotiate terms and prices with clients to close sales and achieve sales targets.
∎ Handle order processing from receipt to delivery, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
∎ Provide post-sale support and handle any issues or inquiries that arise· Following up on customers for order placement
∎ Complete Daily, Weekly, Monthly Target achievements
∎ Completing their collection visits target
∎ Following up on high value customers for their collections
∎ Following and enforcing the credit policy with maximum favor to the company's interest
∎ Negotiation of credit terms with High Value Customers
∎ Recommending to distribution team on timely delivery of products to sales points
∎ Coordinating for inter-store or internal emergency transfers of products.
∎ Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and understand market trends.
∎ Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and grow the customer base.
∎ Plan and prioritize sales activities within a designated territory or market segment.
