Job Context:
∎ KEEP markets a successful brand of Thermal Transfer Ink which is used across industry for the printing of various label media for logistics, healthcare, food, consumer goods, garments and other industries.
∎ KEEP is looking for a results-driven Sales Representative to actively seek out and convert customer`s needs for dry ink printing, a growing market. The job will be focussed on Dhaka but the responsibility is across Bangladesh.
∎ The successful candidate will be able to carry out market research, cold call, make sales appointments and have the ability to convert inquiries into orders. An ability to develop customer databases, carry out email marketing and visit numerous potential clients is the key to success.
∎ The Sales representative shall be highly motivated to succeed and total remuneration shall be consummate with overall sales performance.
∎ The Sales Representative shall report to the Sales Director, Bangladesh.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Be able to present, promote and sell a range of TTRproducts using solid facts to existing and prospective customers
∎ Be able to perform cost-benefit and comparative analysis of customers to meet their needs
∎ Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
∎ Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
∎ Be able to resolve customer problems to maximize satisfaction
∎ Achieve agreed upon sales targets
∎ Coordinate sales effort with team members
∎ Analyse the territory/market's potential
∎ Be able to track sales and produce timely status reports
∎ Keep up to date with best practices and promotional trends
∎ Continuously improve through feedback

Additional Requirements:
∎ Excellent knowledge of MS Office in order to be able to present to clients and colleagues professionally.
∎ Familiarity with CRM software.
∎ Be highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
∎ Possess excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
∎ Be able to prioritize, time manage and organize well.
∎ Ability to create and deliver presentations
∎ Be open to feedback

Salary: Tk. 40000 - 60000 (Monthly)
