Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Create and regularly update a comprehensive database of retailers within the assigned Distributor.
∎ Ensure the database contains accurate contact details, business information, and sales performance metrics.
∎ Develop and maintain a list of 10 model farmers per retailer to help promote product awareness and establish strong business connections.
∎ Collect orders from retailers for the assigned distributors.
∎ Follow-up with distributors to ensure timely delivery and efficient fulfillment of orders.
∎ Develop target plans to implement distributor sales and collection goals at the retailer level.
∎ Ensure alignment with overall business objectives and targets.
∎ The assigned dealers' targets will be considered the SPO’s own sales target.
∎ The SPO will be directly responsible for meeting the sales and collection goals of the assigned dealers.
∎ The achievement of these targets is subject to performance evaluation based on the SPO's ability to fulfill the sales and collection targets within the given timeframe (daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly).
∎ Meeting or exceeding the set targets will be a key performance indicator (KPI) for the SPO, and it will be linked to performance-based incentives and bonuses.
∎ Monitor and report progress against set targets and take necessary actions to ensure target achievement
∎ Update inventory records of the distributor based on retailer orders.
∎ Coordinate with distributors to ensure adequate stock levels (Stock Cover) for secondary sales.
∎ Conduct at least 10 retailer visits per day, ensuring consistent communication and relationship.
∎ Align visits with distributor schedules to ensure smooth operations and sales support.
∎ Identify new business opportunities by conducting field visits and analyzing gaps in the market.
∎ Propose strategies to tap into new areas or expand retailer relationships.
∎ Actively engage with retailers to understand their needs and offer product solutions that align with their requirements.
∎ Attend and actively participate in Organized Farmers Meetings (OFM) and campaigns as per business requirements to enhance product knowledge and share promotional information.
∎ Provide retailers with detailed product information, features, and pricing details for NAC products.
∎ Collect information on competitors’ products, features, and pricing and share it with supervisors for analysis.
∎ Address and resolve retailer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner, ensuring customer satisfaction.
∎ Arrange and maintain attractive product displays in retail outlets to attract customers and promote sales.
∎ The SPO will report directly to the Territory Officer, with additional reporting to the Regional Head if necessary.
∎ Provide regular updates and reports on sales performance, market trends, competitor activities, and retailer feedback.
∎ Adhere to all company policies, including those related to security, safety, and operational procedures.
∎ Ensure compliance with all relevant standards and best practices during daily activities.
∎ Retailers Database Creation and Maintenance:
∎ Create and regularly update a comprehensive database of retailers within the assigned Distributor.

∎ Model Farmer Database Creation & Maintenance for Every Retailer:
∎ Develop and maintain a list of 10 model farmers per retailer to help promote product awareness and establish strong business connections.
∎ Retailers Order Collection for Enlisted Distributor:
∎ Collect orders from retailers for the assigned distributors.
∎ Follow-up with distributors to ensure timely delivery and efficient fulfillment of orders.
