We are seeking a highly organized, discreet, and dynamic MD’s Personal Secretary (PS) to provide strategic support and protocol oversight to the Managing Director. This individual will serve as a key liaison for executive-level engagements, ensuring smooth coordination of internal and external communication, high-level meetings, diplomatic visits, travel, and ceremonial protocols. The ideal candidate is polished, detail-oriented, and capable of managing sensitive assignments with professionalism and discretion.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate all engagements and public appearances of the Managing Director.

  • Organize and manage protocols for local and international meetings, visits, and official functions.

  • High competence in drafting business letters (both Bengali and English) and communicating with government offices and other trade bodies is a must.

  • Liaise with government, diplomatic, corporate, and institutional partners on behalf of the Managing Director.

  • Prepare briefings, talking points, agendas, and schedules for official events.

  • Manage all aspects of official travel including visas, accommodations, logistics, and protocol arrangements.

  • Maintain a high standard of etiquette, decorum, and confidentiality in all dealings.

  • Ensure that protocol norms are followed during all official interactions and events.

  • Act as the point of contact for dignitaries, delegations, and special guests.

  • Provide administrative support and act as the right hand to the Managing Director for protocol-related duties.

  • Any other task assigned by the management as and when required.
