∎ Masters, MBA in reputed University.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Work directly with the sales teams and partners on sales forecasts for each region & branches. Coordinate with logistics to ensure product availability and timely delivery of goods.
∎ Collaborate with sales teams and finance to ensure profitability targets are being met based on product mix and account assortments.
∎ Hands-on support for specific transactions relating to order management.
∎ Push the sales team for achieving 100% sales & recovery target.
∎ Prepare and implementation of sales policies and procedure.
∎ Present the data in weekly and monthly meeting.
∎ Timely provide the periodic report to Management.
∎ To ensure the order process and full support to sales team nationwide within the company policy and procedure.
∎ Design and implement improved processes and operational support.
∎ Supervise team of sales operations team.
∎ To develop the business by generating sales revenue of Haier' home appliances and industrial products in Pakistan through national sales & distribution network
∎ Setting objectives and ensuring the achievement of key sales performance indicators, in line with the business objectives of the Company with the help of national sales team and sales planning.
∎ To ensure the 100% achievement in the implementation of sales operations KPI in HO/ regions/ branches like announcement of all sales, product and pricing policies, allocation of national sales & recovery targets in all branches & channels, sales, recovery and inventory analysis of branches, sales audit, performance evaluation of national sales team and PMS, administrative & strategic recommendations and cross-functional communication as per the Framework of Sales Operations & Implementation
∎ To check and control account receivables (AR); credit days; credit limits of the branches and dealers as per company credit rules and regulations;
∎ Monitoring the inventories and logistics of the branches and display centers.
∎ Effective utilization of resources and control of expenses within the permissible budgets.
∎ To participate and represent the company in the seminars, trade shows & exhibitions.
∎ To prepare business plans, sales forecasting, budgeting, analysis, reports and recommendations.

Additional Requirements:
∎ 8 to 10 years' Experience in Electronics Industry is highly appreciable.
∎ Must have strong internal communication channels with all branches
∎ Coordination with branch people for:
∎ Announcing sales related policies after getting relevant information from the concerned departments
∎ Announcing product wise sales forecast plan for branches.
∎ Announcement of monthly pricing policy:
∎ Strong decision making and administrative skills
∎ Ability to re-solve problems and issues.
