Education:

• Bachelor/Honors

• The minimum height requirement for the position is 5 feet 6 inches (5’6”).

• Freshers are encouraged to participate. Candidates having 1-3 years of experience in Sales also can participate.

• Sales experience in Toys will get preference and educational qualification may be relaxed (HSC) for experienced candidates.

• To visit the retail outlet as per the daily route chart and fulfill the target by preparing the order

• Confirm the delivery of the goods according to the delivery schedule by submitting the order to the distributor

• Preparation of product orders by presentation according to the type of outlet

• Developing relationships with customers by providing them the services they need with good manners

• Resolving customer problems or complaints by conducting a thorough investigation (with the help of ASM if necessary)

• Monitoring the quantity of stocked products according to the distributor`s items, making a list of deficits products & DO and regularly monitor the cleanliness of the warehouse so that no product is damaged.

• Monitoring the delivery activities of distributors and retailers on a regular basis.

• Effectively implement all types of promotional or promotional programs to increase sales.

• Preserve all documents / reports related to sales and accounts and provide only what is required.

• Meeting the target every month and contribute to the goals of the Area.

• Follow all the rules and regulations of the company.

• Learning from different mediums to enhance professional skills
