Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum HSC or Bachelor Degree from any university.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure sales (consumer) target achievement by maximizing business growth, revenue, and increase customer base and market share in order to attain positive return.
∎ Execute action plan for sales growth to achieve long term business objective.
∎ Monthly, quarterly and yearly sales target achievement of the assigned territory.
∎ Introduce & increase new customer (dealer, distributor and retailer as per operational plan) and retain them along with strong relationship building for capturing market share.
∎ Coordinate on-time delivery of products.
∎ Resolve customer complaints through building long term relationship to increase customer satisfaction and retention for increasing repeat sales order.
∎ Collect customer's data proactively as per requirement of team leader.
∎ Evaluating market reactions and ensure the timely adjustment of marketing strategy and plans to meet changing market and competitive conditions.
∎ Self-driven to work under pressure and self-motivated to take new initiatives.
∎ Ability to maintain good interpersonal relationships and good team work.

∎ Plastic Sales Marketing, Door Sales & Marketing, PVC Sales & Marketing.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): PVC Door, PVC Ceiling, PVC Sheet.
∎ Who have experienced in PVC Door Sales & Marketing (Doors & Ceiling) they will be given priority.
∎ Good communication (written/verbal) & presentation skills.
∎ Ensure on time report submission as per requirement.
