• Sales Officer: Minimum 1–2 years of experience in direct field sales (preferably in building materials).
• Senior Sales Officer: Minimum 3–7 years of experience with proven success in dealer or project-based sales.
• Candidates with relevant experience in the paint, cement, steel, tiles, and FMCG sectors are encouraged to apply.
• Have good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Sound knowledge of territory management and customer engagement.
• Target-oriented, honest, and self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility.

• Achieve monthly, quarterly and yearly sales targets through effective territory coverage and market expansion.

• Visit dealers, sub-dealers and project sites regularly to ensure product availability and promote sales and collection.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers, sub-dealers, painters, engineers, contractors, and influencers.

• Handle order, timely delivery follow-ups, and ensure receivable collection as per company policy.

• Collect market intelligence on competitor activities, and customer feedback.

• Work closely with the line manager and sales team to drive growth and profitability.
