Job Context:
∎ Amana group ltd. are looking for Manager sales officer/sales man for its on growing super shop and FMCG business.
∎ Permanent and Full time
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Achieve hourly, daily, monthly and yearly sales target as per Annual Operation Plan.
∎ Daily sales monitoring by category wise and part by part corner in super shop and dealings with customer's satisfaction.
∎ Daily collect order from the outlet route by route and submit to the dealer point.
∎ Messaging the sales report to the ASM and complete the DSS sheet daily basis.
∎ Present morning and evening session time to time when need. Must ensure the morning and evening presence to the dealer point daily.
∎ Drive Primary and Secondary Sales target on day-to-day basis for ensuring Market Leadership and Growth.
∎ Effectively implement Sales, Promotional activities / Trade schemes and Merchandising for the specified routes and distributor areas.
∎ Monitor inventory in Distributor Point and ensure product availability and visibility in all the outlets.
∎ Regular monitor distribution gaps and takes corrective actions for increasing numeric distribution of all the products.
∎ Maintain relationship and constantly work with distributors and the internal office in order to ensure availability of the products at the right time.
∎ Collect market and product information to strengthen market intelligence activities.
∎ Must ensure the sales target and ability to work under pressure.
∎ Ability to work long time if need.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ keeping sales and target always in mind.
∎ Must have mentality to work as a sales person and mix with the shopkeeper.
∎ Good interpersonal communication skill, Conversation starter, Good listener, patience for handling different type of people, can translate customer needs to business.
∎ Ability to maintain self composure in a high pressure work place.
∎ Ability to work under pressure and long time if need.
∎ Ability and must have mentality to fill up the target.
Salary:
∎ Negotiable
