∎ HSC, Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Skills Required: Customer Relation, Direct Sales

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Area/ Territory Marketing, Relationship Marketing, Retail Stores/ Shops, Sales & Marketing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Cosmetics/Toiletries/Personal Care

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Following up new business opportunities.
∎ Collect order directly from the clients.
∎ Communicating with business clients regularly by visiting them, phone, email etc.
∎ Identify interest and understand customer needs and requirements.
∎ Implement the sales plan as well as carry out sales and marketing activities.
∎ Pro-actively identify new and different business opportunities to increase new buyer order
∎ Must have basic computer knowledge (Specially MS Excel) & English Language proficiency.
∎ Responsible for achieving sales targets
∎ Forecast market demand and achieving placement targets by channels.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply

Salary: Tk. 13000 - 15000 (Monthly)

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ T/A, Mobile bill, Performance bonus
∎ Salary Review: Yearly
∎ Festival Bonus: 2
∎ Sim card and Monthly Mobile Bill Allowance
∎ Yearly Performance Bonus.
∎ Yearly paid annual leave up to 21 days and sick leave 10 days.
