Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc), Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm)
∎ Education or in-depth knowledge of ayurvedic/ organic ingredients and implications on cosmetics & toiletries usage.
∎ Experience in creating formulation which solves specifics consumer skincare & hair care problems.
∎ Skills Required: cosmetology

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 7 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Cosmetics Industry, CosmeticsToiletriesPersonal Care
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Cosmetics/Toiletries/Personal Care

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Create innovative products to be introduced into the cosmetic market.
∎ Formulate, research, test, color-match, and troubleshoot.
∎ Request, test, and release new raw material samples.
∎ Identifying ingredient suppliers & manufacturers
∎ Lab testing & ensuring quality control during production
∎ Independently formulate and facilitate the development of innovative personal care products, line extensions, and product improvements.
∎ Proactively scan and research new marketing concepts, raw materials, and technical opportunities.
∎ Develop product prototypes on the bench, conduct pilot and commercial-scale trials, establish data and make a technical case for product feasibility.
∎ Leverage internal and external technology capabilities to develop improved products that exceed consumer expectations and provide a significant competitive advantage.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 20 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ In-depth knowledge of organic ingredients and implications on the usage
∎ Learning attitude, sincerity, and Hardworking
∎ Creative, independent, optimistic, and self-motivated. The ability to plan work both independently and in teams. Flexible and adapt to varying situations to attain goals and meet deadlines. The ability to evaluate, represent, and communicate technical data. Curious to the latest scientific developments, detail-oriented, having patience and love to do practical work
