Job Context:

We are looking for a high-performing Sales Officer. The successful candidate will meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. The responsibilities include developing key growth sales strategies, tactics and action plans. Successful execution of these strategies are required to achieve your financial targets. Sales Officer Duties will include achieving annual targets, building relationships and understanding customer trends.

Job Responsibilities:

• Ordering and promoting products to dealers or farmers

• Creating and developing innovative ways to communicate the company message to new and existing customers.

• Contributing to the annual sales and marketing plan.

• Planning and project managing marketing events and evaluating their success.

• Evaluating the effectiveness of all marketing activity.

• Achieving quarterly target sales.

• Assisting the marketing manager in day-to-day marketing activities.

• Plan, develop and deliver campaigns as agreed within timescales.
