∎ Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
∎ Goal-oriented and self-motivated personnel with strong problem-solving abilities
∎ Ability to effectively communicate through negotiation and consultative sales skills Has to be customer centric, adaptable and resilient
∎ Need to have sound knowledge on sales strategies and industry dynamics
∎ Proven sales experience of at least 1-3 years in FMCG sales, preferably in packaged food products
∎ Ability to use sales force automation software
∎ Having a smartphone is preferred
∎ Ability to travel as per requirement

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Access category opportunities, convince and accurately capture retailers' sales orders & ensure stock pressure at the outlet as per company guidelines.
∎ Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly and yearly sales targets.
∎ Ensure product Availability, Visibility and quality within given route / geography.
∎ Identify top retail/wholesale customers for the product category.
∎ Build and maintain excellent relationships with the customers and become the most preferred sales officer to the retailer.
∎ Ensure placement, maintenance & retention of Point of Sales Materials at the right place.
∎ Monitor competitors' activities, market developments and report accordingly.
∎ Resolve customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.
∎ Coordinate with the delivery representative to ensure on time and in full delivery of the goods.
