Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Agricultural Engineering, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing, Bachelor of Business Studies (BBS) in Marketing
Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Sales & Marketing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM), Automobile, Beverage, Engineering Firms, Industrial Machineries (Generator, Diesel Engine etc.), Manufacturing (FMCG), Motor Vehicle body manufacturer
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Accomplish sales target & develop new spectrum of market.
∎ Data collection of new prospects and follow up through the demand of them.
∎ Display and deliver product competency analysis. Promoting a line of products to the customers.
∎ Prepare & implement action plans in collaboration with the branch head.
∎ Handle credit sales & realization.
∎ Optimize Customer-service standards & develop efficient service system in the region.
∎ Product demonstration in the field. Train the customers on operating the machine.
∎ Arrange & conduct various meetings and promotional activities on new product with the local customers and develop product awareness.
∎ Plan, develop and implement marketing strategies in order to attract the potential customers.
∎ Maintain and expand customer base by building and maintaining rapport with key customers, identifying new customer opportunities.
∎ Represent the Company in Government Offices, Banks & other offices if required
∎ Accomplish the sales and organizational mission.
∎ Other tasks as per requirement of the company.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 32 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Experience on marketing of Farm Machineries (Harvester, Tractor, Trailer, Power Tiller etc.).
∎ Experience on marketing of Commercial Vehicles/Construction Equipments.
∎ Experience on marketing of FMCG.
∎ Good interpersonal skill.
∎ Ability to understand the Agriculture machineries market.
∎ Must be self driven and possess good work ethics.
∎ Ability to write monthly and quarterly reports.
∎ Must be a good team member.
∎ Must be persuasive and ready to do a lot of legwork
∎ Skilled in MS Office Suite.
∎ Must have valid Motorcycle Licence.
