• The applicants should have experience in the following business areas: Real Estate, Land Development, etc.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for Land Sales & Marketing.
• Strong time management ability.
• Positive attitude with the mentality to take challenges and think creatively to achieve organizational goals.
• Must be able to work under pressure.
• Capable of working both independently and within a team.
• Strong sales and negotiation skills.

• Explore new sales opportunities and market potential for land projects.
• Achieve sales targets related to ongoing and ready plot sales.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, cold calling, and networking.
• Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to ensure repeat sales and customer satisfaction.
• Follow up on customer leads and convert them into sales.
• Conduct regular visits to public and private offices for marketing and promotional activities.
• Actively participate in marketing campaigns and support project visits for prospective clients.
• Understand the importance of customer relationships and satisfaction, and share feedback with team members.
• Support marketing campaign management and assist in preparing marketing reports.
• Track sales activities and provide regular updates to the immediate supervisor.
• Handle client queries professionally and efficiently.
