∎ This position requires extensive client visits within Dhaka City.
∎ Regular market visits, client hunting and creating prospective opportunity.
∎ Represent the company as an ambassador to the retail market.
∎ Developing in depth knowledge of our products/services.
∎ Present and demonstrate our products to retailers, customers, and consumers.
∎ Developing relationship with allocated customers and handle them effectively
∎ Providing product/service description.
∎ Distribute banners and leaflets.
∎ Understand customer needs, demonstrate and explain company's products/services to potential clients to influence purchase.
∎ Identify sales opportunities by generating leads.
∎ Maintain good relationship with clients in order to create opportunities for cross selling & upselling.
∎ Prepare market visit plan and get approval from the authority.
∎ Ensure order and sales collection from retails
∎ Perform continuous product and market analysis & daily, monthly reporting to the supervisor as per prescribed format.
∎ Meet up monthly target and collection as designated.
∎ Maintain accurate records & and make timely suggestions for taking effective actions.
∎ Negotiate and close deals; handle complaints or objections.
∎ Address issues on delivery of services and assist in solving customer complaints.
∎ Perform administrative tasks of recording and filing (If necessary).
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The candidate needs to have a proven experience as sales executive or relevant role
∎ Ability to adapt to constantly changing context of a tech startup
∎ The candidate needs to have his own smartphone
∎ Ability to travel
∎ Attractive remuneration package will be offered for deserving candidates. (Negotiable)
